Strategy




The strategy of Digital Network S.A. focuses on scaling operations and improving the efficiency of advertising inventory sales in the digital out-of-home (DOOH) and Premium Outdoor segments. The Group develops an integrated advertising offering combining digital LED screens with large-format and premium assets, while leveraging sales, operational and technological synergies.

As a holding company, Digital Network S.A. does not conduct operational activities. Its strategic objectives are delivered by its subsidiaries, in particular Screen Network S.A. and Braughman Group Media Outdoor, which are responsible for developing the offering, driving sales and making effective use of the Group’s resources in the outdoor advertising market.

Annual growth in the number of indoor and outdoor screens of 10–15%
Location acquisition
Expansion of the Premium LED screen network and Premium Large-Format structures in the highest-traffic urban locations and near iconic landmarks
Sales and pricing growth
Continuous increase in the number of advertisers through the introduction of network-based audience packages tailored to specific target groups, combined with annual rate card updates
Diversification of sales channels
Acquisition of advertisers through three channels: agency sales via Polsat Media, direct sales, and Programmatic DOOH
Dividend distribution
Annual dividend payments in line with the Company’s dividend policy
