Agnieszka Godlewska

Agnieszka Godlewska has been associated with the Digital Network Group since 2015. She initially served as Managing Director of Screen Network and, since 2017, has held the position of President of the Management Board of the company. She was responsible for developing and implementing Screen Network’s long-term growth strategy, including the expansion of a nationwide digital advertising screen network, the acquisition of landmark locations, and the launch of Super Screen-class large-format LED displays in premium locations across Poland’s largest cities.
Prior to joining Screen Network, Agnieszka Godlewska gained over 15 years of professional experience within the Ströer Group, where she served as Sales Director. During this time, she contributed to the development of the advertising network, sales administration, acquisitions, and the optimisation of business processes. She graduated in Economics (specialising in Banking) from the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law, and in Management and Marketing from the University of Finance and Management.

As a recognised industry expert, she plays an active role in the development of the DOOH market. She is a pioneer in introducing the latest global digital out-of-home trends to the Polish market and a strong advocate of the smart city concept. As President of the Management Board of Screen Network, she has received numerous national and international industry awards, including the IAB MIXX Awards, Digital Signage Awards and APEX Awards, recognising the most creative and innovative digital out-of-home campaigns.
Her professional motto is: “A company is its people.”

Aneta Parafiniuk

Member of the Management Board / CFO, Digital Network Group

Aneta Parafiniuk has extensive experience in conducting financial statement audits and reviews, as well as due diligence projects for large enterprises. She also specialises in transaction advisory and the preparation of project budgets. She is a statutory auditor and an expert in accounting, financial reporting and taxation.
She gained her professional experience at firms including Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o. and TPA Horwath Horodko Audit Sp. z o.o. Prior to her appointment to the Management Board of 4fun Media S.A., she served as Head of Reporting and Controlling at the company.
She holds a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where she specialised in Finance and Banking.

Maciej Paciorek

Member of the Management Board, Screen Network S.A.

Maciej Paciorek was associated with the Ströer Polska Group for over 15 years. During the early years of his career there, he was responsible for cooperation with the public sector and supporting the Sales Department. In 2010, he was appointed Director of Regional and Institutional Sales, where he built and led a team of more than twenty professionals responsible for direct client sales, regional advertising agencies, and public sector institutions.
Over the past four years, as a Member of the Management Board of Ströer Polska, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales processes as well as Public Affairs activities.
He is a graduate of the Centre for Europe, University of Warsaw, and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. For seven years, he was associated with Polish and international institutions involved in European integration initiatives.

Damian Rezner

Member of the Management Board / Chief Operating Officer, Screen Network S.A.

Damian Rezner is responsible for the implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives, identifying innovative campaign delivery methods, supporting sales activities, and coordinating promotional efforts. He has 16 years of experience in the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising sector and has been associated with Screen Network since the company’s inception.
Previously at Screen Network, he was responsible for managing the dedicated “Think DOOH” unit, whose primary objective was to develop innovative DOOH campaigns using technologies such as AI, Big Data, and Image Recognition, as well as to support promotional and educational initiatives aimed at increasing market awareness of the medium’s capabilities.

Cezary Kubacki

Chair of the Supervisory Board

Between 1998 and 2001, Cezary Kubacki gained professional experience at the international advisory firm Arthur Andersen, where he was involved in numerous projects for the financial services, telecommunications and retail sectors. From 2002 to 2004, he served as Finance Director for Tax at the NETIA Group. He has also served on the supervisory boards of several publicly listed companies, including Optimus S.A., Arteria S.A. and 4fun Media S.A., as well as financial institutions such as Supernova Fund S.A. He is currently a partner at the law firm LTA Doradztwo Prawne Dopierała, Oliwa i Wspólnicy. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław.

Wojciech Kliniewski

Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board

Between 2004 and 2016, Wojciech Kliniewski was associated with the telecommunications operator T-Mobile, initially serving as Head of the Communications Department, and later as Managing Director of the Heyah brand, as well as Sales and Marketing Director for the Consumer Market segment. From 2013, in his role as Sales Director, he was responsible for both traditional sales channels (including retail stores and partner networks), as well as call centre operations and online sales activities. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years working at Unilever Polska S.A. In 2016, he founded Zeroone Sp. z o.o., a company providing business consulting services in the areas of mobile and digital solutions, as well as start-up strategy and business exit planning, where he serves as CEO.

Jerzy Popławski

Member of the Supervisory Board

Jerzy Popławski is a graduate of the Faculty of Banking and Insurance Economics at the Higher School of Insurance and Banking. He subsequently completed a Master of Arts in Financial Services at Bournemouth University and pursued doctoral studies in research methodology in economic sciences at the Institute of Finance. He has extensive expertise in financial reporting and corporate finance, supported by over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board in publicly listed companies, as well as earlier managerial roles responsible for finance and risk management. Between 2012 and 2023, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of ELZAB S.A. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board / Chief Financial Officer at PayTel S.A. for six years. Between 2006 and 2012, he was associated with the Boryszew Capital Group, where he served as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Impexmetal S.A.

Grzegorz Esz

Member of the Supervisory Board

Grzegorz Esz has over 25 years of management experience in marketing and sales, gained in senior leadership roles at major media and telecommunications companies. Between 2016 and 2019, he served as Marketing Director at Showmax. Earlier, he was Member of the Management Board for Marketing and Sales at UPC Poland (2012–2015) and Vice President of the Management Board for Marketing and Sales at Netia S.A. (2009–2012). Prior to that, he held the position of Managing Director of the HEYAH brand, operated by T-Mobile. He has received multiple Effie Awards, recognising the most effective marketing campaigns on the market (including campaigns for Showmax and HEYAH). Since 2019, he has served as President of the Management Board of 5WHY Promotion, where he provides consulting and strategic advisory services, as well as conducting promotional, publishing, and investment activities in the film co-production segment. He graduated with distinction from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering. He later continued his education at London Business School, where he completed an Executive MBA, and at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland (Lead Forward Executive Program).

Rafał Kunysz

Member of the Supervisory Board

Rafał Kunysz has over 20 years of professional experience, primarily in communications planning and media strategy, including media management, media buying, media tender processes, auditing, and benchmarking. Throughout his career, he has held senior managerial positions in both Polish and international organisations, including Totalizator Sportowy, Cadbury Wedel, and Publicis Groupe / Newcast Ukraine, where he was primarily responsible for media strategy and marketing communications. Since 2016, Rafał Kunysz has served as President of the Management Board and Co-owner of Red Moon Media Audit and Consulting.
